From Industrial Space to Residential Lofts, ten old industrial workspaces were extensively renovated and transformed into modern residential lofts. The project's goal was to preserve the building's raw and authentic character while creating a warm, functional, and pleasant living environment. During the renovation, original industrial elements such as high ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows were preserved. These were integrated with contemporary materials, clean lines, and bright colors to create contrast. The use of exposed blocks and concrete flooring, combined with modern furniture, gives the space an inviting feel.

Each loft was designed as an open and flowing space that leverages its great height and the natural light from the large windows. This open-plan layout allowed for great flexibility and created a modern, airy environment, ideal for entertaining and daily life for young people. The entire project, which included the renovation of 10 additional lofts in the building, is an example of design that respects the building's past while breathing new, updated life into it. This project demonstrates the studio's ability to take unconventional spaces and turn them into unique homes that blend contemporary design with a historical narrative.
