From a Sewing Workshop to a Loft: A Story of Preservation and RenewalAn old sewing workshop, spanning 100 sqm, underwent a comprehensive renovation and was transformed into a residential loft. The project's goal was to preserve the space's original character while creating an alternative living environment.During the renovation, original industrial elements such as high ceilings, the building's original floor, exposed beams, and large windows were preserved. In addition, new partitions and interior peek-through windows were added to provide a minimal division of the space.This project is an example of a design that respects the building's past and demonstrates how unconventional spaces can be turned into unique homes that blend contemporary design with a historical narrative.
