Private House: Teak Wood, Mid-Century, and Scandinavian Style

This private house design project blends influences of the Mid-Century with Scandinavian influences. It combines the clean, strict geometric lines of modern design with the simplicity and natural feel of the Scandinavian style.

At the center of the public space, a teak wood kitchen was designed, which also functions as a beverage bar facing the living room. The use of dark wood creates striking contrasts alongside a soft and natural color palette, which is characteristic of the Scandinavian style. The connection between the interior and exterior was emphasized through large openings that bring in natural light and blur the boundaries between the house and its surroundings.
