(Renovation of a House in Korazim: Natural Views and Architectural Transformation)"This extensive renovation project of a 350 sqm private house in Korazim included a fundamental change to the space, building additions, and a redesign of the facades. The goal of the project was to adapt the old structure to a modern lifestyle, while ensuring a powerful connection to the natural surroundings visible from the house's windows.The new architectural plan focused on opening the house to the views and creating open, well-lit spaces. By changing the house's facades and making strategic connections, we created a direct link between the interior and the exterior, making the view an integral part of the living experience. The addition of an outdoor swimming pool completes the atmosphere, creating a luxurious and serene leisure and entertaining area.Throughout all stages of the project, emphasis was placed on selecting high-quality materials and finishes that blend with the natural landscape and add a sense of warmth and elegance. The project demonstrates our ability to transform existing buildings, while preserving the memory and history of the place, and adapting them to contemporary needs and aesthetics.This project illustrates the studio's capability in planning and designing complex residential spaces, blending the new with the old to create a living environment that is both functional and uniquely characterized."
